Wthat is Laminating film, Laminating Pouch, Laminating Machine, Laminating Film Roll ?
A laminate is a material constructed by uniting two or more layers of material together. The process of creating a laminate is lamination , which in common parlance refers to sandwiching something between layers of plastic and sealing them with heat and/or pressure, usually with an adhesive(dry form-LDPE, EVA, ACRYLIC or wet solvent such as Fevicol/Vemicol). However, in electrical engineering, lamination is a construction technique used to reduce unwanted heating effects.
Why Lamination?
The materials used in laminates can be the same or different. Laminating film, Lamination Film, Laminating Pouch, Lamination Pouch, Lamination Paper, such as photographs , Maps & Charts, Posters, Plant Layouts, Engineering Maps, can prevented from becoming creased, sun damaged, wrinkled, stained, smudged, abraded and/or marked by grease, fingerprints and environmental concerns. An example of the type of laminate using different materials would be the application of a layer of plastic film — the "laminate" — on either side of a sheet of Paper/PET/Polyester Film/BOPP — the laminated subject. Document Lamination either in Wide Formate upto 60'' Width can be laminated now with the single side coated PET/Polyester Films/BOPP available in various width and thickness. Lamination or Laminating Pouches are also avilable in various Dimention and Thickness to cater the needs of the customers.
